Vichyssoise



Blend first 5 ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until mixture is soupy.

Add cream (and optional ice). Blend for addional 10 seconds or until ice is absorbed. Thin with milk and cream. Thicken with cornstarch or flour. Garnish with chives.

This recipe is good hot or cold. For cold, add ice or refrigerate.
