Szechuan Green Beans
Stir-fry green beans in peanut oil over high heat until well done, then remove from pan. Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms in peanut sauce for a few minutes, then add to green beans.
Stir-fry ground meat in sesame oil until almost browned. Add half the szechuan sauce and continue cooking until meat is bronwed. Add green beans and shiitake along with remaining szechuan sauce. Stir-fry for another minute to combine flavors.
