Onion Tart



Preheat oven to 425F.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle feta cheese on bottom of pie crust, top with onion. Sprinkle with swiss cheese. Bake at 425F for 25 minutes or until golden.
