Cook bacon until crisp. Remove and chop bacon, reserve 2 tsp drippings in pan.
On medium high heat, melt butter with drippings. Add onion and saute 3 minutes. Add corn and saute for 3 minutes. Add edamame and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in vinegar, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Cook 30 seconds. Sprinkle with bacon and basil.
