Bulgur with peas and garlic
Heat oil and add garlic. Cook for 5 minutes, remove garlic if it turns brown.
Put the bulgur and 5 cups water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and reduce to a simmer and cook until tender, 12 minutes. Meanwhile, put the peas in a colander in the sink. Drain the bulgur over the peas.
Move peas and bulgur to spoon. Add oil, herbs, zest, juice, and salt. Optionally add feta cheese. Serve at room temperature.
