Strawberry Spinach Salad
- 12C bite-sized pieces spinach
- 1 pint sliced strawberries
- 2 (15-ounce) cans mandarin oranges drained
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard
Prepare the Orange Honey Dressing by shaking all ingredients together in a tightly covered container.
Toss the dressing and remaining ingredients, except pine nuts. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
