Grilled Tomatillo and Corn Salsa



Place tomatillos directly on the grill at high heat. Turn occasionally until charred in several places.

Wet corn, then grilll directly on the grill until browned on all sides. Slice white onions into 0.5 inch rings and grill until slightly blackened. Grill jalapeno whole until blackened, then cut open to remove seeds.

Add all ingredients except corn and red onion to a food processor. Pulse until pureed.

Husk corn then use knife to cut off the kernals. Combine corn and red onion into tomatillo mixture.
