Sriracha Mint Tofu Stirfry


Cut tofu into 1-inch clubes. Saute tofu in oil, until 2-3 sides are golden and crisp.

Lower heat to medium and add garlic, soy sauce, 0.25 C water, and Sriracha to pan. Cook briefly until sauce is heater through.

Sprinkle with mint and cilantro. Squeeze some lime juice over tofu, to taste.
