Orchid Pavilion Fried Rice
Slice vegetables or meat into bite sized pieces. Cook by boiling or stir frying.
Heat 1 Tbs of the oil in a large wok. add the eggs and scramble them until partly done (slightly runny). Remove from pan. Add more oil and saute the onion for 1/2 a minute. Add the soy sauce and rice to the pan as well as half the eggs.
For the last minute of cooking, turn the heat up to high. Stir in the chicken with the remaining scrambled eggs, white pepper, and any optional ingredients.
