Brussels Sprout with Pecans and Blue Cheese



Add 2 Tbs olive oil to pan over medium heat, and saute sliced Brussels sprouts for 2 minutes. Cover pan, and saute for another 2 minutes. Combine vinaigrette ingredients in jar, and shake to emulsify.

Add vinaigrette mixture, pecans, and blue cheese to Brussels sprouts and stir.
