Pan-Seared Herb Shrimp
Combine 2 Tbs olive oil and next 10 ingredients (through garlic) in a food processor; process until smooth. Set aside 2 Tbs marinade. Place remaining marinade in a bowl; add shrimp, tossing to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add remaining 1.5 Tbs oil to pan; swirl to coat. Remove shrimp from marinade. Add shrimp to pan; saute 3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Drizzle remaining 2 Tbs marinade over shrimp.
