North Shore Spicy Garlic Shrimp
Rinse and thaw the shrimp. Pat dry. Mix flour, paprika, and cayenne pepper and then coat each piece of shrimp on both sides.
Heat saute pan over high heat. Melt 6 Tbs butter in microwave, then add to pan immediately followed by the garlic. Stir for 1 minute, then add all the shrimp. Saute 3 minutes on each side.
Add the 1/8 cup of white wine and the remaining 2 Tbs butter. Saute until it reaches a caramel brown color. Remove shrimp immediately and serve with rice and lemon wedge. Serves 2-3.
