Authentic Mexican Tacos
Heat the oil in a pan, and cook the meat, tomato, onion, and optional poblano pepper. Cook the meat all the way through, and remove any grease.
Warm the tortillas in a microwave until they have lost their rigidity.
When ready to eat, combine the ingredients as follows: Put a helping of the sauteed meet mixture onto a tortilla, add cilantro, radishes, and salsa. Finish by squeezing lime juice over top (the more, the better).
