Grilled Salmon



Combine first 6 ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well. Optional: Combine salmon and mixture in a sealable plastic bag to marinate for a few hours.

Arrange foil so that the salmon will fit on it, and make the foil edges curve up, creating a basin. Spray the foil with the oil spray. Add salmon and mixture. Grill on medium high heat with lid down. Halfway through, spray the salmon top with more oil spray, and flip upside down. Grill until salmon just cooked through.

Optional: Do the same as above but in an oven set to broil.
