Tomatillo Chicken Stew

Preheat broiler to high.

Cut tomatillos in half, and put face up on cookie sheet along with jalpeno. Broil 10 minutes. Flip tomatillos and jalapenos over, add sliced shallot. Broil 5 more minutes.

Combine broiled ingredients in a food processor with cilantro, 0.25 C stock, and flour. Process until smooth. Put into medium crock pot.

Slice chicken into 0.25" slices, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat oil over high heat and saute chicken until well browned. Add onions near the end to soften. Add mixture to crock pot.

Set crock pot to low for 4+ hours. Serve with tomatillos on top.
