Lemon Garlic Chicken Breasts
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Combine all other ingredients (except spray) in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. Place chicken and marinade in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag and turn to coat.
Marinate in refreigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight, turning as desired.
Preheat the Grill to medium-high. Spray chicken with oil spray and grill with lid up for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove and serve.
