Georgian Chicken with Walnut Sauce (Satsivi)

For satsivi paste: For the chicken: Garnish:
Combine all satsivi paste ingredients in food processor and process until smooth. Set aside.

In a medium pan, brown chicken in multiple batches. Set aside.

Saute chopped onion for 5 minutes until tender. Stir in flour. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Change to low heat, add bay leaf and stir in satsivi paste.

Return chicken to pan and simmer for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with garnish herbs.
