Steak Salad with Plums and Blue Cheese



Combine pepper, 0.25 tsp salt, 1.5 tsp olive oil, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a small bowl. Rub over both sides of the steak.

Heat a skillet over medium high heat and then coat with cooking spray. Add steak to pan then cooke 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of donenes. Let steak rest 5 minutes. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.

Combine remaining 1 Tbs olive oil, 1 Tbs lemon jice, honey, and 0.125 tsp salt in a large bowl. Stir well with a whisk. Add arugula and toss. Serve salad mixture with steak and plums and cheese.
