Quick Quinoa & Pork Meatballs
Preheat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients except pork and quinoa to a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Add the pork and mix. Add the quinoa and mix.
Shape the meat mixture into meatballs that are golf ball size. Place the meatballs on the parchment papered baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly browned and crispy on top. Remove from oven, and take meatballs off parchment paper right away.
