Sausage, Kale, and Polenta Sauté
Heat olive oil in broiler-safe skillet; add sausage and stir until cooked. Remove sausage. Add polenta, cook 5 minutes. Remove polenta. Add kale, pepper, and 1 Tbs water; cover and cook 2 minutes.
Uncover; stir in sausage and marinara. Nestle polenta, browned side up, into mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 2 minutes.
