Brats and Potatoes


Brats and Potatoes



Peel and cut the potatoes into 0.125" slices. Soak in warm water.

Cut the bratwurst into 0.5" sections. Brown on all sides. Remove excess grease from pan if desired.

Drain potatoes and add them to the brats. Add spices. Cover and cook over medium heat for around 30 minutes, remembering to stir every 4 minutes. Add more water if necessary to ensure nothing burns. Remove bay leaves and serve.
