Blue Cheese Meatballs
Mix all ingredients except cream and shape into meatballs, not to tightly. Brown meatballs on all sides in skillet (add a little butter if desired). Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove meatballs. To the dripping pan, add 0.5 C whipping cream. Cook, stirring over medium to high heat for 2 minutes. Pour sauce over meatballs and serve.
