Hot Mulled Cider Hot Mulled Cider 2 quarts apple cider (without sugar added) 1/4 cup brown sugar (to taste) 1 tsp whole allspice 1 tsp whole cloves 1/4 tsp salt dash nutmeg 3 inches stick cinnamon Put all ingredients in cider. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Pour through strainer to remove lumps. Serve with orange wedge and cinnamon stick.
