Mexican Hot Chocolate
In a small bowl, combine cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
In medium saucepan, heat 1 cup milk until bubbling. Stir in cocoa mixture and vanilla; beat with wire whisk or rotary beater until smooth.
Over low heat, bring to a boil while stirring. Gradually stir in cream and the remainder of the milk, and return to a boil. Watch that it doesn't flow over.
