Champagne-Soaked Berries with Whipped Cream
Combine Champagne, 3 Tbs agave, and rind in a large bowl. Add berries, toss gently to combine. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Beat in remaining 1 Tbs agave. Divide fresh fruit mixture into bowls, top with whipped cream and cookie crumbles.
