Shrimp and Sausage Stew
Combine potatoes, carrots, corn, onions, broth, tomatoes, bay leaf, chili powder, and garlic in a large crock pot.
Brown the sausage in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Transfer to the crockery pot, and stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
During the last hour of cooking, stir in the shrimp. Cover and cook until the shrimp are done, about 1 hour. Discard the bay leaf.
