Pork Chops Niagra
- 4 pork chops, boneless, center cut loins, trimmed of fat
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 2 cups white wine
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 red potatoes, quartered
- 10 Kalamata olives (optional)
Add pork to bottom of the crock pot. Arrange the shallots, tomatoes, bell pepper, and potatoes on top of the pork. Add the white wine, white peper, garlic, and olives.
Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hours.
